Rotor Feed
i just replace rotor/brake and tie-end rod outer... noise..?
It appears that the noise is coming from rotor/wheel area where I hear metal to metal shaving kind a noise when vehicle is moving. Noise gets loader as I accelerate... could it be an alignment issue because of the tie-end rod replaced? If so, I am going to take it in to get it aligned anyway but I think it is coming from the rotor area driver side…
I have install rotor and brake pad several times on this car and other cars before…
Any feed back will be greatly appreciated.

see if the backing plate is touching the rotor. Any alignment issue will not cause the noise you are hearing. You may also have a bad wheel bearing. You should also note on your question what kind of car it is.
