Invert Mini psi (paintball)?

i have a problem with my mini. every time i put in the tank the gauge goes pass 300, then air comes out of the bottom of the regulator, what's wrong? this is the first time i put a tank in the mini Do i have to adjust the psi?if so, how do i do it?please help

Is it new? Have you ever disassembled the reg? The reg adjustments are done on the front of it with an allen wrench. The manual should explain how & the guage should read 200 psi or less.
