What will happen if I set my mega pixels lower?
My camera is a 6.1 MP and I have been using up alot of my memory real fast so a few people told me that I could lower the MP and I looked and I can do that. I can set it at the 6.1mp, 5.4mp ,4.0mp ,1.9mp, or the 0.8mp. So I was wondering which one should I choose. I know that the more I lower it the more pictures I get but I am worried about the quality of the pictures. Will they still turn out good if I was to lower the MP, because now my pictures are great looking and I would like to keep them looking that way......So What size should I set it to and will my pictures still be the same as they are now. I only print 4x6 pictures......thanks for the help....oh yeah is there anything else that would be different if I lowered it
the lower the mp the worse the quality of the photos. either leave it a 6.1 and get a larger memory card, or only lower it to the 5.4 any lower and your photo quality will begin to seriously deteriorate.
