Is the Tippmann US Army Paintball Alpha Black Tactical a good choice of gun to buy?
I want a nice Paintball Gun that isn't too expensive but one that won't break and has good reviews. Does anyone have any feedback of this paintball gun?
Yes - the US Army paintball guns are very good. Tippmann designed and produces these guns under the US Army name. There are based internally on the Tippmann 98. The 98 is a favorite rental gun everywhere due to the ease of use, cleaning and overall durability of the Paintball Marker. The Alpha Bacl Tactical is a good marker to start out because like the 98, it is upgradable and can grow with you as your interest and knowledge grows.
Tippmann will be replacing the US Army Alpha Black (non-tactical) with the US Army Carver One. The Alpha Black Tactical will still be produced in the semi-auto, camo and egrip models. The Carver One is slightly different cosmetically and we sell for $99 - its release date is around the 1-2 week in March so keep an eye out.
